Aaron and Rahel launched Slide Coffee in 2017, it all started out with a passion to help cafes lead their team well and connect with their community.

After operating a successful cafe for four years, they realised as cafe owners; you have the power in your hands to make a positive impact in your local community and you have the power to positively impact your team..

                                             NOTES FROM THE ROASTERY:
Mario Jose Hervas is a pioneer of growing specialty coffee in Ecuador. Initially beginning as a hobby, his love and passion for coffee grew and for the past six years he has owned and operated his farm ‘Finca El Meridiano’. Throughout this time he has refined his fermentation and drying processes to ensure high quality harvests. Mario uses a washed process for his beans with a traditional fermentation period of 18-20 hours. This results in a well rounded clean flavour.
