About the Producer

Inza is a municipality located in a sacred valley that sits below the
mountains which seperate Huila and Cauca. Over 14 centuries of
history and tradition of native indigenous tribes make Inza one of
Colombias richest archeological treasures. The indigenous cultures
chose Inza as their home as it is a place where many rivers
converge, making this land a fertile and magical place.

About the Roaster –  Catapult Coffee Roasters

Catapult Coffee is a team of two best mates and hospitality pros, who came together through their passion for bloody great coffee.

Their goal is to celebrate amazing coffees, and enrich the lives of those who produce it. These guys have experience working directly with the producers when visiting farms. They’ve been right down to it in all areas of production. ‘Been there, done that’, as they say.

They’ve travelled to all parts of the globe, met some of the most talented coffee producers and feel compelled to share their story and highlight the incredible work they do.
