How do I dispose of the pods?

After usage, you can throw the Pod in your bin guilt free. Under the right industrial set conditions, they will fully break-down into compost. These Fat Poppy Pods are hermetically sealed, with a plant-based oxygen barrier to keep your coffee as fresh as possible. This means that the entire Pod can be chewed up, and spat out by our little microbial friends, leaving behind biomass, CO2 and water.

A word from the Roasters:

Our Hollywood Pods are both Biodegradable and Compostable which suit our environmentally conscious business. This means our customers get to enjoy a seriously convenient (yet still quality!) cup of coffee, guilt-free. Our Biodegradable and Compostable Hollywood Pods are made from a plant-based composite. They are made entirely from sugarcane and sugar beet. This means that the complete Pod, including the foil, is made from plants materials.
