We tasted hints of Strawberry Creams + Cherry Ripe

Aricha Station is a coffee hub within the Yirgacheffe region, where approximately 1,000 smallholders from different communities bring their carefully hand picked coffee cherries to sell. Each year the mill produces washed and natural lots, with this lot of coffee being a naturally processed one. Its profile on the cupping table has given it the nickname Pink, and this is the fourth year we have featured coffee from this mill.
