We tasted hints of Pineapple + Honey + Tangerine
This micolot comes from Dario Horta at Finca La Fortuna, in the Planadas municipality of Tolima. For this lot Dario carefully hand picked the ripest cherries from his Caturra plants and then after pulping them, left them to ferment for 36hrs under water. The coffee was then gently washed and dried for 12 days on raised beds. Caturra is a natural mutation from the Red Bourbon varietal.
