About the Roaster –  Blacklist Coffee

Blacklist are a stellar Western Australian Specialty coffee roaster. They are so good in fact they have a whole swag of awards to show for it (check em all out here)

If you are ever over in WA we recommend checking out there very posh (very black) concept store in Subiaco or Cafe/Roastery in Welshpool. The concept store is a uniquely fancy experience where dine-in customers are charged $12 per person and once seated, you are invited to taste a range of our blends and single origins. The aim is to provide a space for coffee education and exploration where you can try coffees or brew methods you may not be familiar with. At their cafe the they serve a range of delicious coffees straight from our roastery. Blacklist are all about making coffee with love and care using the best equipment available.
