Catapult Coffee is a team of two best mates and hospitality pros, who came together through their passion for bloody great coffee.

About the producer:
Thaita is part of the Inoi Farmers Cooperative Society in the Kirinyaga County which was established in the 1960’s. The Thaita processing factory lies in Gitumbi near Kerugoya town. This region boasts an ideal climate for coffee production. The soil is highly fertile and rich in phosphates, which contributes greatly to achieving that complex and wonderful Kenyan cup profile.’
