PRICING & GST

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to change. Unless stated otherwise prices are GST inclusive. Camp Grounds will issue a Tax Invoice for all purchases.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

We accept AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, Pay Pal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Fee may apply on checkout.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Sorry, orders can’t be cancelled. For any technical issues around order placement, contact howdy@campgroundscoffee.com.au

RETURNS POLICY

If you received goods that was not as per what you ordered (eg wrong product type, wrong grind), we take full responsibility and will replace it immediately. Please let us know via campgroundstamworth@gmail.com

If you purchased equipment that is faulty or broken, we will exchange, refund or credit your purchase within 14 days. (Please note this does not include equipment damaged by incorrect installation or maintenance.) For applicable returns, please contact campgroundstamworth@gmail.com with your name, purchase order and reason for the return. Please return the goods within 14 days of the ship date to: Camp Grounds Tamworth, 37 Dowe St, Tamworth NSW 2340 Australia. Goods must be returned in their packaging.

WARRANTIES

For equipment faults after 14 days, please refer to your equipment product warranty and contact the equipment manufacturer/distributor directly.

Camp Grounds Tamworth shall not be liable for damages of any kind related to your use of this site. The contents of this site are without warranties of any kind.

SUBSCRIPTIONS POLICY

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. 

Addresses can be changed by contacting campgroundstamworth@gmail.com and verifying you are the recipient of the subscription.

ERRORS & OMISSIONS

Camp Grounds  endeavours to maintain the accuracy of product images, product descriptions, stock availability and prices, we do however reserve the right to cancel an order and/or reverse a payment if an order has been placed based on erroneous information.

SECURITY

The site is protected by 128-Bit SSL security (the same as your bank and the Military use). Your information is transmitted using secure methods at all times, and in accordance with PCI recommendations. Administrative passwords are kept securely and changed every 90 days. Under PCI compliance regulations, your credit card details are transmitted securely and the complete Credit Card Numbers are obfuscated from the view of Camp Grounds Tamworth staff.

Camp Grounds will only use the details we collect for the purpose in which they were submitted. These details are for our own use only and under no circumstances will be supplied to any other institution or person for any purpose. We will use this information to process your order and, if requested, provide you with mail subscription updates.

We do not store credit card information. Unless required to do so under Law we do not keep a record of user IP addresses.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
