When does my mate get their first lot of coffee?
New brews drop on the 1st of every month. Shipped to the address provided or collected in-store.
I am a new subscriber – when will my first beans be ready?
New subscriptions, your first box will be distributed on the 1st of month as usual.
I want to have the first box delivered before the 1st of the month?
No worries – for your first order you can request to have it sent ASAP. All future deliveries will go back to the regular cycle of 1st of the month. You may receive a different coffee bean than the feature depending on the date and availability.
Can you send a special message from me in the first package?
Ofcourse – just add it as a note on your order with the heading GIFT MESSAGE and we will include this message for you. If you don’t hear a reply from us your email may have gone to junk.
How does the money stuff happen automatically?
This is a once-off payment for all 12 subscription months in advance.
What if I need to cancel or change my order?
Cancel at anytime. Changes – just sling us an email or let us know in store.
Do you ship internationally?
Not for this one sorry mate. This is for gifts within Australia. We do not currently offer international gift subscriptions. But our reoccurring monthly coffee club can be shipped internationally because you pay for shipping every month.
